Nasomatto is the avant-garde fragrance project of Italian perfumer Alessandro Gualtieri, known as “The Nose.” Meaning “crazy nose” in Italian, Nasomatto rejects traditional rules of perfumery in favour of instinct, experimentation and creative freedom.
Each fragrance is conceived as an olfactory exploration of a particular sensation, emotion or obsession, with compositions deliberately left open to interpretation rather than defined by conventional note lists.
